Terms and Conditions
Ecostal Packers and Movers have a set of terms and conditions for you to follow when using our services. These include:
- 1. Ecostal Packers and Movers, or its representatives, will not be held liable for any damage or loss to your goods caused by natural calamities, unforeseen accidents, fire, riots, or sabotage. To protect against such risks, we recommend insuring your shipment.
- 2. We are not responsible for electrical, carpentry, or plumbing services. If required, we may provide these services depending on staff availability, with additional charges..
- 3. "Quotation" refers to the contract between the Company and the Customer, based on the terms and conditions outlined here.
- 4. "Customer" refers to the individual contracting the Company for services, whether or not they are the owner of the goods or fixtures being moved.
- 5. For a smooth and efficient packing process, we request that you notify us 3-4 days in advance.
- 6. A 25% advance payment of the total amount is required.
- 7. If you wish to include additional items not listed in the goods list, we will accommodate them for an extra charge.
- 8. For car transportation, it is mandatory that your car has an adequate amount of petrol or diesel.
- 9. After local shifting, corrugated boxes must be returned on the same day. If boxes are returned the following day, an additional charge will apply.
- 10. "Services" refers to all relocation services and/or handyman services provided.
- 11. Additional charges will apply if you request our packers to return on a later day for your convenience.
It is to be noted that the above mentioned terms and conditions may change in future as per the requirement of TRA Packers and Movers.
Our Policy for the Cancellation and Refund are as follows:
Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at Ecostal Packers and Movers, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders placed. The cancellation would not be done once the consignment has already been shipped.
Refund Policy
In case of a cancellation, please get in touch with our customer care for a refund of your money with all required proofs.
Pricing Policy
The rates are subject to the nature and kind of services you avail as per your requirement which may depend upon its factors such as volume, distance and for other ancillary services desired to avail.
Furthermore, rates of the services are likely to change without prior notice.
